Bachelor´s Program B6201R Economics and FinanceBachelor in Economics and Finance (BEF) is a three-year study program taught fully in English. It aims to give the student a thorough grounding in both theoretical and applied economics and finance. We put emphasis on developing abstract analytical reasoning, which allows our graduates to solve complex economic and financial problems in various settings. Courses are taught both by core faculty and external professionals from the central bank, commercial banks and business analysts. Our graduates typically assume challenging positions in banking, consulting, investment funds and public administration. Academic director of the bachelor study program Economics and Finance is Doc. B) Elective subjects: C) Optional subjects: max. 27 credits Student must pass elective subjects (J#0067, J#0011) and Special Offers bsA) and optional subjects to fulfill together with mandatory subjects the total of 180 credits. Other subjects - than mandatory and elective subjects specified for this study program here - taught at the University are regarded as optional subjects. As optional subjects are also regarded subjects taught at other higher education institutions or their parts, or other education or scientific institutions, if so established by an agreement between the faculty or University and that university or institution.
