Studijní obor je zajišťován s podporou Prague Security Studies Institute Studijní program je zaměřen na problematiku bezpečnosti, s důrazem na její mezinárodní dim znalosti vývoje mezinárodních vztahů a rozvíjí schopnosti analyzovat současné bezpečnostní s tím spojené politické a společenské otázky. Během studia se studenti seznámí s vývojem s myšlení a s přístupy k řešení bezpečnostních rizik. Získají přehled o historickém pozadí s mezinárodně bezpečnostní situace i o bezpečnostních souvislostech globalizovaného mezináro s důrazem na evropskou a transatlantickou problematiku. Absolventi oboru se budou orientov spektru otázek spojených s bezpečnostními studiemi. Budou připraveni pro práci jak ve veře i v soukromém sektoru. Své znalosti a poznatky budou následně schopni uplatnit zejména v m institucích, ve státní správě a diplomacii, v nevládních organizacích, v médiích a ve vzdě akademické oblasti.
