PhDr. Jan Karlas, M.A., Ph.D. Studijní obor poskytuje přehled v základních tématech a problémech mezinárodních vztahů, p podrobněji zaměřuje na studium mezinárodní spolupráce a institucí v jejich širším pojetí. obor zahnuje především předměty zabývající se teoriemi a metodologií mezinárodních vztahů, ekonomickými vztahy a mezinárodní bezpečností. Ve druhé rovině poskytuje hlubší základy v globálních institucí, mezinárodního práva a evropské integrace. V oblasti evropské integra umožňuje užší specializaci na evropská studia [ES]*. Studium je základem pro uplatnění v nejširším okruhu mezinárodně orientované působnosti, z (diplomatické) službě, mezinárodních organizacích, v zahraničních stycích veřejných i souk v zahraničně politické publicistice, příp. ve výzkumu či výuce oboru na vysokých školách. magisterského cyklu mají dovoleno zapisovat si kurzy bakalářského cyklu jen s písemným sou oboru. Podmínky uznávání povinně volitelných předmětů: studentovi může být uznáno maximálně 10 kr povinně volitelné předměty z nabídky předmětů oboru Bezpečnostní studia (mimo předměty již povinně volitelných předmětů).
