Absolvent programu disponuje multidisciplinárně založenou znalostí dějin a současnosti ter polokoule. Umí získat a klasifikovat data a s jejich pomocí řešit praktické i výzkumné úko zahraničí minimálně ve dvou světových jazycích. Umí pracovat v týmu zabývajícím se oborovo problematikou, a to na různých úrovních odbornosti. Je připraven se dále vzdělávat a pokra navazujícím magisterském studiu, uplatnit se v domácích i zahraničních vládních i nevládní institucích a organizacích a pracovat v soukromém i veřejném sektoru.
